We are currently seeking experienced Band 5 Nurses to join our agency team and work within NHS hospitals on a temporary/contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with their care plan
• Assisting with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and patient observations
• Ensuring that accurate and up-to-date records are maintained
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participating in the multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of care plans
• Providing support and guidance to junior staff as required
• Maintaining confidentiality at all times

• NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 6 months recent NHS experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
