Business Analyst - Digital Transformation

Business Analyst - Digital Transformation, Birmingham, West Midlands, Berkshire, £45-47.5K + £5,400 Car Allowance + 10% bonus + Bens.

You must have A background as a Business Analyst with digital transformation project experience - infrastructure and / or software, ideally working within a centralised PMO governance framework.



The role:

As part of our digital transformation, we're harnessing our power to innovate to lead an industry shift from paper and pen to data-driven digital processes and decision making.
Our business needs your help to articulate and prioritise the core capabilities and processes which will underpin this change.

You'll work between IT Delivery and IT Strategy teams to be the bridge to our business and clients and help ensure we meet their high expectations.



Your experience / background;

, Experience in a role that involves Business Analysis.
, Experience of working within a centralised PMO governance framework.
, Expertise in business engagement, process, and data including:

An understanding of how to engage business stakeholders of all levels (executive committee to blue collar) using analytical techniques to provide clearly documented requirements, process and capability statements.
The ability to work within a business operating model, and strategic roadmap/programme, to prioritise activities, facilitate workshops, and playback outcomes.


High level data modelling and information requirements.

, Expertise in IT delivery including:

Supporting the delivery of projects in an IT environment included Infrastructure and Software Solutions both on premise and cloud based.


Used to delivering projects with multiple external third-party suppliers / partners.
Experience of different delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall etc and when to use them.

This Business Analyst - Digital Transformation role is a hybrid position based in Birmingham, West Midlands (2-3 days per week) and pays c£45K base + £5,400 Car Allowance, 10% Bonus + bens.
