Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
Location: Stoke Mandeville
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Northamptonshire.

The successful candidate will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support to patients.
Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with their daily activities, including personal care, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Observing and reporting any changes in patients' physical or emotional health
• Assisting with the administration of medication as directed by healthcare professionals
• Supporting patients with their nutritional needs, including meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients

• Previous experience working in a healthcare environment is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
• Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families
• Basic computer skills
