CBW has a new opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join a leading facilities company.

You will be responsible for greeting and booking in customers and will be expected to  conduct yourself in a kind and considerate manner.

This role is based in York (YO1).

Hours/Contract Length/Pay:

08:00-15:00 Monday-Friday

£11PH (PAYE)

Contract running from now until the end of April.

Key responsibilities:

  • To welcome guests and visitors and ensure you offer a warm welcome
  • Carrying out all necessary operations when guests arrive i.e.

    check-in / check out
  • To be the first point of contact for all members and to deal with all situations in a courteous and professional manner in person and on the phone
  • Respond to a wide range of members requirements and promote facilities
Essential Skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Passionate about providing and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary 
  • Have operational knowledge of all front of house services and know-how to access these services to meet the members’ requirements
  • Report all facilities and maintenance issues to the helpdesk
