Senior Practitioner - Portage Home Learning ( Part time 24 hours per week)

As a senior practitioner you will be delivering a Portage-based home visiting early intervention service to children under 5 with special educational needs or disabilities, and assisting with the running of two Developmental stay and play sessions in Camden.

Key responsibilities include:

Building partnerships with parents
Making regular weekly visits to family homes
Working with the Coordinator or another member of the team run a weekly Portage group
Managing own case work
Setting our intervention plans to include – weekly activities, reviewing progress and producing relevant written reports

Please note this a part time role 24 hours per week
