CBW is recruiting a number of mobile engineers across several disciplines for a highly established FM service provider situated in Central London.

These engineers will be covering a prestigious contract across the City of London.

The successful candidates have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance within the given discipline. 

This is a Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend several sites where he or she or they will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance.

 


Hours of work

• Monday to Friday 
• Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm

• Building services experience
• Mechanically or Electrically qualified  (City & Guilds).
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Available to start on short notice (Desirable)
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
