Sister/Charge Nurse
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Sister/Charge Nurse to work in an exceptional hospital based in the South West of London area.

This service is one of the leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare.
The hospital also provides private hospital treatments including full diagnostic and endoscopy procedures, orthopaedic surgery including spinal treatment, varicose vein treatment, hernia surgery, vasectomy and cosmetic surgery

As the Sister/Charge Nurse your key duties include:
- You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise
- The appointed Ward Sister must be organised with good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- support the Ward Manager and team in ensuring that safe, effective and high quality clinical care is delivered to all patients
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- An ability to deliver high standards of patient care
- Mentorship qualification desirable
- Previous Clinical Supervisory experience
- Enthusiastic and empathetic character promoting positive attitude at work
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- Deliver a good working knowledge & compliance with CQC Standards /KLOEs and NICE guidance
- Be part of the On-Call rota providing support for ward out of hours
The successful Sister/Charge Nurse will receive an excellent competitive salary up to £39,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours week.
