Sirona Medical are working with a client in London who are recruiting for a Practice Manager.

We are looking for experienced social work practitioners who have significant post qualifying experience with generic cases across Physical Disabilities, Older Persons, and Learning Disabilities.

The Practice Manager will supervise up to 4 Social Workers/assessors in the Community Duty Team.

The Practice Manager will ensure that statutory assessments and reviews are assigned and completed within expected performance targets and quality standards.

The post holder must be proactive in promoting anti-discriminatory practices and supporting council policy.



*working hours are Monday - Wednesday 21 hours.

• Relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
• Social Work England Registered
• Eligible to work within the UK
• Recent frontline experience within Social Care
• Experience with generic cases across Physical Disabilities, Older Persons, and Learning Disabilities
