Sirona Medical's Social Work Department are recruiting for a Social Worker for the Children Looked After Team. The Children Looked After Team works with children who are under 16 years old who have a care plan of long term foster care.

Children transfer into the team after care proceedings conclude and remain with us until they are sixteen.

Caseloads are between 14 - 16 children for a full time worker.

• Relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
• Social Work England Registered
• Eligible to work within the UK
• Recent frontline experience within Social Care
• Recent experience of working with children who are long term looked after
