Customer Service - Facilities company - £19,000 - Thornliebank

CBW have a great new opportunity for an office administrator to join a friendly and driven team to help support them with answering the phones and doing general administration duties.   This is a great office based position working the hours Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Answering calls and transferring to the relevant teams 
  • Making outbound calls to book appointments (not sales) 
  • Booking customer property assessments
  • Confirming of assessments via phone, email, post and text 
  • Maintaining customer databases
  • Booking accommodation 
To be considered: 

  • Experience of inbound and outbound calls 
  • High level of customer service experience
  • Good administration skills
