Head of Clinical Services

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Head of Clinical Services to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Croydon, South London area.

This hospital offers services to the local community such as Outpatient Consultation, Day Case Surgery, Pharmaceutical Services and Diagnostics - Imaging and Endoscopy

As the Head of Clinical Services your key responsibilities include:

• You will be expected to deliver engaging communication amongst our staff, patients and hospital group


• Demonstrate a strong track record of leading and developing high performing teams, where you will motivate, lead and guide our teams, ensuring they perform to the best of their ability


• You will be integral to the development of strategic vision and plan for the hospital and will be accountable for delivery of quality and safety as well as customer and commercial results

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Experience in clinical governance, development and administration of budgets, management reports and supply contracts


• Comprehensive understanding of relevant legal and professional care/practice standards and evidence ongoing professional development


• A passion for nursing, mentorship and personal growth


• Strong clinical experience and ability to manage a team, ensuring that West Valley


• Hospital complies with CQC requirements


• The ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders such as: Integrated Care Systems, Clinical Commissioning Groups, General Practitioners, Consultants and Suppliers


• Passion to deliver outstanding care in a rewarding and what can be emotionally challenging environment

The successful Head of Clinical Services will receive an excellent salary of £66,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
