CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a large commercial estate.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a maintenance Plumber currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and working more local.

In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £32,500 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks 
• Unblocking Toilets 
• Water Treatment 
• Repairing pipework and leaks 
• Minor installation works 
• Flexible in helping other trades on site 
• Planned and reactive works  

• Basic Salary of up to £32,500
• Call out 1 in 6, £125 retainer
• Monday to Friday 08.00 am – 17.00 pm
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays

• Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
• Plumbing – City & Guilds level 3 (Preferred)
• Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
