Temp Helpdesk Administrator- Glasgow -Up to £12PH

CBW are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Coordinator within the Glasgow.

Your main duty will be to liaise with customers and delegate tasks accordingly.

You must have a facilities management background and be versed in various admin duties such as raising POs, filling and scheduling engineers. 

This a temporary contract (approx 6 weeks) with the view of being moved to a permanent role.

This role is 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8-5 based in the office.

Operating our Helpdesk switchboard and mailbox;
Contacting sites and booking in work;
Liaising with customers to ensure needs are met
Chasing Updates;
Updating Clients portals;
Reviewing open jobs and aged work in progress.

Person specification:

Previous Fm experience is preferred but not essential 
Administration experience is essential 
Excellent communication/team work skills 
Excellent IT skills
