Pharmacist Lead

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Pharmacist Lead to work in an exceptional private hospital based in the Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire area.

As the Pharmacist Lead your key duties include:

• Clinical screening and services to clinical departments


• Procurement, audit, patient counselling and other associated pharmaceutical duties


• Attendance at relevant clinical governance meetings


• Providing advice to patients/carers and clinical staff on pharmaceutical products as required


• Adhering to GPhC Standards of conduct, ethics and performance


• Supporting clinical managers in providing effective training and competency review of registered staff

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Sound written and verbal communication skills


• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required


• Flexibility to work across the 2 sites


• Demonstrated Customer Service skills

The successful Pharmacist Lead will receive an excellent competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Part Time role working through Day Shifts.
