Data Migration Analyst

Data Migration Analyst required by our client, an award-winning Financial Services company employing over 200 staff from its City base and five regional offices.

The role is to ensure the successful transition of acquired companies to the target data systems and models defined by the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1.

To co-ordinate, evaluate and migrate Business Applications
2.

To act as business liaison and a key contact 
3.

To provide general support to the IT Applications team 
4.

To contribute to application related IT Projects a
5.

To maintain Application and vendor related documentation
6.

To maintain application supplier contract lifecycles a
7.

To actively minimise /mitigate expenditure overlap where possible

The Ideal Candidate
• Degree in a technical IT-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Exposure to Insurance Sector
• SQL Knowledge desirable
• IT literacy – able to understand Technical Teams across Applications Estate
• Basic Understanding of On-Premise, Hybrid and Cloud Environments
