Fabric Engineer – Grays, Essex  - £32,000 Per Annum 

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Grays, Essex.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to be based on a retail contract based in Grays.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

  He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site.

Working with the maintenance team on site.

He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
• Lighting (Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Painting & Decorating
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting etc
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on site
• Escort sub contractors

• Continental Shift days - Earlies and lates - 06.00 to 18.00 / 09.00 to 21.00

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing

• Up to £32,000 per annum
