Real Estate supervisor

Location: Wimbledon
Salary: upwards of £68K

We are looking for you! If you are a dynamic solicitor with comprehensive skills and experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate with experience supervising a small team.

The opportunity with be to manage and grow a team of
, 2 x trainee solicitors
, 3x paralegals (inc 1 Sr)
, 1 AML officer
, Coordinating with the practice manager and Property director.

Your responsibility will be to double the department's revenue by a mix of contributing to and successfully managing the team.

The firm is up and coming so there is scope to grow with the role.

Qualifications/Skills
, SRA registered solicitor
, Comprehensive Knowledge in Real Estate both Residential Property and Commercial Property
, Experience of supervising
, Ideally 2 years +PQE
