Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 8:50 am to 7:20 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks each day
Salary: £25,000 salary per annum, plus great commission opportunities
Reports to: Head of Sales

Role Overview:
Part of a highly successful Europe-wide group with a turnover in excess of £400m, H2eCommerce, based in Cheshire, operates market-leading online retailers Cartridge People and Cartridge Shop.

The company has recently diversified into the supply of 3D products with the brand 123-3D.

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team, based in a telephone sales department.

There is no cap on our commission structure and our ideal candidate will be very driven by success and reward.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
, Act as an ambassador for the business, promote the services and its products.

Deliver a prompt, polite and professional service in line with our key behaviours and values
, Manage and maintain relationships with our business customers in order to meet their full requirements
, Reach out to new prospects via telephone (Cold Calling) to determine suitability of our products and to spread awareness of our great offers and products.

The expected activity level for this position is 60-100 calls per day
, Become completely familiar with our products and our pricing strategy
, Schedule call backs for our customers in line with set Key Performance Indicators
, Use our CRM & other systems to aid in keeping track of opportunities and measuring success and queries
, Work with senior leaders and other colleagues across the business to share best practices
, Deliver Quotes once generated by your Sales Support Administrators
, Ensure that all KPIs for prospecting, proposals & closes are met
, Attend meetings, as required and be excited to learn and develop your techniques.

Skills Required:
, Lead generation experience, in person or by phone, where you have achieved well in a competitive and target-driven position
, Able to interact professionally with potential customers by phone and email to discover their business/ consumer needs and to develop a positive professional relationship
, Experience of working on a dialler system would be advantageous
, Computer literate, this role requires a good deal of email/ notes/ inputting of information
, Reliable, friendly, and resilient, able to strike up great relationships with people
, Positive and action orientated
, Enjoys success and eager to earn and achieve
