CBW has an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician to join a fast growing FM company covering the East area from Edinburgh to Perth and Dundee.  You must have previous commercial building maintenance experience and are keen to develop within the company.

As well as a competitive salary, you will be put through your Testing and Inspection to help you further your skills! Below are more details on this fantastic opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

• Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs.
  
  This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified.
  
  You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
• Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients 
• Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels 
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor 
• Maintain and update log books

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
• Electrically qualified – City and Guilds  level 3 (Desirable)
• Clean driving license
• Good communicator 
• Eager to progress
• Fire Alarm experience preferred but not essential 

• Basic Salary of up to 38K (with Testing and Inspection)
• Basic Salary of 36K (Will be put through your Testing & Inspection)
• 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
• Full company uniform
• Call Out 1 in 8 Weeks - £140 per week
