An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in a commercial environment on a static basis in the Hertfordshire area.

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial buildings in Hertfordshire on a temp to perm basis.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical building maintenance.

In return the company is offering a competitive hourly rate of up to £22.00 per hour & a salary of up to £42,000 if offered permanently.


Key Responsibilities

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks 
• Unblocking Toilets 
• Water Treatment 
• Repairing pipework and leaks 
• Minor installation works 
• Flexible in helping other trades on site 
• Planned and reactive works 
• AHU's/FCU's filter changes
• Boiler & Chiller checks
• Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Testing

• City and Guilds in Plumbing 
• City and Guilds in Water Treatment - Desirable
• City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems - Desirable
• Demonstrate previous experience commercial plumbing
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material
