Painter & Decorator - FM Service Provider – Listed Building – Piccadilly - £35,000 - NO CALL OUT 

Fantastic opportunity to work for an established property company located in Piccadilly.

CBW are currently looking for a Painter & Decorator to work on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will need to be time-served C&G/NVQ or Apprenticeship trained with a proven track record as a Painter & Decorator.

Working with the maintenance team on site, your duties will include all aspects of Painting & Decorating (I.e.

Painting, wallpapering, basic plastering/making good etc)..


Key duties & Responsibilities

• Painting & Decorating qualifications - C&G, Apprenticeship or Time served
• A proven track record ideally within commercial / high end residential properties
• Experience in painting, wallpapering (Supervised on site)basic plastering/making good
• Able to start immediately or at short notice
• Must have your own brushes / rollers etc
• Been able to assess and communicate job times
• Excellent customer service skills
• Honest, reliable and hard working

• Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
• 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

• £35,000
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

• A trade qualification would be highly desirable (Not essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• A strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting etc.
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
