Mobile Mechanical Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Office - Central London - up to £45,000

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Central London.

CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer for High-End Commercial Office Spaces for a Blue Chip Client.

The successful candidate will be Mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 as well as further training and career progression.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
• AHU's/FCU's – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
• Pumps – PPM's or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
• Motors – PPM's (re-winds, overhauls)
• Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
• Water pressurization units
• Chlorifiers – annual inspection, de-scaling
• Steam Plant
• Condensers, Condenser Returns
• Cooling towers
• Softeners
• Humidifiers
• Hydraulics
• Pneumatics
• Boilers – re-sets
• Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults
• Plumbing (Unblocking toilets, changing taps etc)
• HIU's

• Monday to Friday 
• 8am - 5pm

• Up to £45,000
• 22 days holiday

• Mechanically qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
• A proven track record in Building Maintenance
• Good Communication Skills.
• Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
• Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC 
• Good Leadership & Management skills

• Previous experience in a Critical environment
• Previous experience in a corporate environment
• High Voltage certified (Current or Expired)
