Helpdesk / Marketing Administrator

Scheduler/Service and Operations Administrator - Leading Service Provider - Slough, West London - Up to £20,000 per annum 

CBW are currently recruiting for two positions with one of our key clients based in Slough.

We are recruiting for two hard working, ambitions individuals for the positions below:

Scheduler - Up to £20,000 per annum

Key duties:

  • Ability to work in a focused manner with the ability to prioritize workload & requests
  • Prior experience of CAFM systems (Concept Evolution advantageous)
  • Ensure the engineer's resource planner is up-to-date at all times ensuring accurate and correct information is detailed.
  • Working in a focused manner with ability to prioritize workloads and requests
  • Working in a customer focused environment 
  • Ensuring all KPI'S & SLA'S are met 
  • To confidently manage the scheduling of all mechanical and electrical services and associated equipment.
Service & Operations administrator - Up to £20,000 per annum

Key Duties:
  • Liaising regularly with the Operations Manager to review the workforce and portfolio performance.
  • Provide regular updates using CAFM Systems
  • Provide monthly status reports 
  • Ensuring the company meets its contractual obligations
  • Ensure that all materials and equipment are handled, stored and used with due regard to the relevant health, safety and environmental legislation.
  • To provide guidance and support to the field based team enabling the team to carry out PPM and extra work to the highest possible service levels.
Both positions are on a weekly rota consisting of early and late shifts - Monday - Friday,  (07:00am - 15:30pm)  & (09:00am - 17:30pm) -  (Full time in the office).
