Service Desk Administrator

Service Desk Administrator - Property Management Company - Aldgate, London -  £35,000 per annum

CBW is currently looking for a Service Desk Administrator to work for a property management company.

Working as part of a team providing administration support when required and will be the first point of contact for service enquiries for the building.

08:30am - 17:30pm - Monday - Friday (Full time in the office)

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Logging calls/jobs on the electronic service desk database in a timely manner 
  • Allocating work orders 
  • Laise and follow up open jobs with supply chain 
  • Data vase is maintained in terms of current specialist sub-contractors i.e contact details etc
  • Monitor PPM schedules & reactive Maintenance
  • Co-working with the Property Administrator to provide absence cover 
  • Produce regular service desk reports for Management and take an active role in reviewing call trends and recurring issues 
  •  Seek to innovate and develop outputs 
  • Ensure the 24/7 coverage for the service desk operations is achieved in conjunction with the security Manager for out of hours coverage
