Immediate Chef

X2 Chefs Needed – Nottingham,  Highbury Vale – FM Service Provider - £14.00 per hour

Exciting opportunity for two Chef's to work for an established company situated in Nottingham, Highbury Vale.

The successful candidates will have a proven track record as a Chef and will be able to work Immediately.

Hours of work & Shifts (Rota)

10:00am - 18:00pm  / 07:00am - 14:00pm

Rota - 

Week 1 - 5 weekdays & Weekend off 

Wee 2 - 3 week days & Working weekend

Pay rate: £14.00 per hour

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent, Food hygiene certificate – Level 2

Key Responsibilities

• Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
• Full knowledge of all menu items served
• Management of production to ensure minimal wastage
• Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
• Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
• Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents
• Capturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproduction
• Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists
• Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
• Act as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
• Undertake relevant training as required
