Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Birmingham City Centre - Salary 33K

CBW have a new opportunity for an electrician / improver to join a prestige site in Birmingham.  This position is working for a large facilities company in an exciting building in the City.  You will be joining an estates team and you will be responsible for the Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance. 

Hours of work:

• Majority of shifts Monday - Friday 08am-17.00 ( sometimes rotation 08.00 - 18.00 and a late shift of 13.00 -23.00)
• 1 weekend a month

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• AHU / FCU's (Filter changes etc)
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Pumps, motors

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing:

• Salary 33K
• OT at 1.5 
• Holidays 25 plus 8 public holidays
