Maintenance Plumber - FM Service Provider - University – Up to £42,000 


Exciting opportunity to work for an emerging FM service provider situated in Kensington, London at a Large University.

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently looking for a Maintenance Plumber to a large university campus.

The successful candidates will be mechanically/plumbing biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. 

This is a static position based in Kensington with occassional coverage of 2 other sites (Via shuttle bus) where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to mechanical plant with particular emphasis on plumbing maintenance.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM's & Reactive maintenance
• Plumbing Maintenance
• Water Treatment 
• FCU's and AHU's
• BMS 
• Ensuring log books are kept up to date
• Escorting specialist sub contractors
• Offering technical support

• City & Guilds – mechanically/plumbing qualified – level 2&3
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial or High end residential building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
