Service Coordinator Oxford (part time 18 hours per week)

The main responsibilities of the role of Service Coordinator includes:

To coordinate the delivery of services for disabled children and young people.
The Oxfordshire afterschool club and holiday play scheme are delivered Monday to Friday with the afterschool club being delivered from 2.30 till 6 and the school holiday play scheme being delivered between the hours of 9.30 am till 4.30 pm.
You will manage a small team of support workers (sessional and contracted) and also manage a senior practitioner.
Within this role you will be registered with Ofsted for early years.
Your role will include the day to day running and planning of the service and ensuring it is meeting both Ofsted standards and commissioning expectations.
The role will require you to offer direct support to individuals, ensuring rota cover and to observe practice.
