Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Stowmarket.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to be based at a commercial building in Stowmarket.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site.

Working with the maintenance team on site.

He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
• Lighting (Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Painting & Decorating
• Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting etc
• Maintain and update Log books
  Assist the maintenance team on site
• Escort sub contractors
