Mechanical / Electrical Foot Engineer - Temp - Perm opportunity £18.00per hour - Immediate start 

Exciting opportunity to work for an Established leading FM service provider situated in Manchester.

CBW are currently looking for an Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover commercial buildings located in Manchester City Centre.

 The successful candidates will be electrically or mechanically qualified (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. 

This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend several sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant within all Landlord areas.

In return the company is offering a competitive hourly rate paying up to £18ph per hour.  For the right candidate this could also go permanent. 

 Hours of work

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarm Testing
• Water Treatment
• Statutory Compliance
• Carry out PPLM & Reactive maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings and compressors
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - reset
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds etc)
• Ensuring logbooks are kept up to date
• Escorting specialist subcontractors
• Assisting other engineers
• Offering technical support
• Plumbing and fabric work 
  
  

• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skill
• You must be happy to work on a "Foot Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites (i.e.
