Helpdesk Team Leader

Helpdesk Team Leader - Leading Service Provider - Farnborough, Orpington - Up to £30,000 per annum

CBW are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Team Leader based in Farnborough looking to take their next challenge in Facilities Management.

One of our key clients is looking for a hardworking, ambitious individual to manage a team of three Helpdesk Administrators.


Hours of work   

09:00am - 17:30pm - Monday - Friday   

1 Weekend in a month you will be on call but will be paid over time.   

Key duties: 

  • Managed a team of three Helpdesk Administrators 
  • Lead, manage, motivate and support staff to deliver contractual requirements.
  • Drive the meeting of customer SLAs and an exceptional customer service
  • Ensure tickets are logged accurately and call queues are managed efficiently
  • Undertake a weekly review of team call queues
  • Schedule reactive and help desk call outs
  • To review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers
  • Process purchase orders and invoices Issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits Inputting data
  • Raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks
  • Organisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled
Requirements -
  • Previously worked as a Helpdesk and experience working in management
  • Worked within an FM environment 
  • Possess a professional attitude and business attire at all times.
  • Able to produce work of the highest standard and prepared to learn new skills in order to achieve a quality outcome.
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to make decisions and use your own initiative.
  • Can–do attitude
