CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across commercial contracts in the North West region.  Travel will be within 2 hours radius.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial gas engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 with a potential route into further career progression along with a great opportunity to be paid on top of salary a pricework scheme, resulting on a healthy take home salary.



Duties & Responsibilities 

• You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings within commercial gas and air conditioning 
• Planned maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties 
• Self delivery of smaller installations 
• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems. 
• Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment 
• Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
•  Reactive and planned commercial maintenance 
•  Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship

• The successful candidate will be GasSafe commercial gas qualified.
  
  Extensive experience in commercial building maintenance is essential.
• Commercial GasSafe qualifications : Tpcp1 t,Tpcp1A , Cocn1 , Cort1 , Ciga1, Cdga1, CPA1
• Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge
• Electrical knowledge
• Extensive Experience working within a commercial environments
• Building services knowledge with ideally electrical qualifications but not essential

• Basic Salary of up to £40,000
• 1 in 8 Call Out Rota - £140 per week standy by and minimum 4 hours paid
