Service Advisor job in Ipswich, Suffolk

Salary: £25,000 Plus Bonus 
Term: Full Time, Permanent

Our client is looking to add a Service Advisor to add to their team.

This is a busy main dealership where you will be required to provide a great customer experience. 

Key duties of Service Advisor include:

Booking vehicles into the department for technical work to be carried out
Keeping customers up to date with the status of their vehicle
Selling repairs, parts and service plans
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction/care
Working independently in a fast pace environment

Requirements for the role of Service Advisor:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor is Not essential
A full UK drivers’ license is essential for this role
