Parking Patrol Officer- Banbury - £21 673 per annum - Permanent - 40 hours per week

A position has become available within our team for a Parking Patrol Officer.

You will be based within our team at Banbury Station.

The aim of this role is to aid the Operations Manager in implementing, enforcing and maintaining the Car Park Contract.

This will ensure we comply with the agreement between APCOA Parking Services and Client requirements.

You will resolve customer concerns, patrol car parks, deter crime and implement traffic control measures.

What you’ll do:

• You will ensure all car park equipment is in good working order at all times
• You will enforce parking regulations by issuing Parking Charge Notices (PCN’s), warning notices and customer awareness
• You will deal with customer queries, requests for assistance and complaints 
• You will complete daily car park inspections relating to Health and safety and report findings to management
•  You will ensure that all contractual requirements and SLA/KPI’s to the satisfaction of APCOA and its clients are met
•  You will report criminal activity in accordance with company procedures 

• You will have excellent oral and written communication skills 
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• You will have excellent customer service skills with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• You will have Full Clean Driving License
• You will be a reliable, responsible and flexible attitude to work and proactive nature
