Retrofit Coordinator

Retrofit Coordinator - Glasgow - 35-40K DOE 

A new opportunity for a Retrofit Coordinator to join a renewable energy company on a permanent basis.

The Retrofit Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the assessment of dwellings as well as the subsequent specification, approval, monitoring, and evaluation of energy efficiency measures, in accordance with PAS 2035.  

• Assessing the suitability of a property to receive retrofit investments
• Retrofit coordination of multiple concurrent PAS 2030 projects
•  Liaising with Retrofit Assessors, Installers and their customers as necessary
• Develop custom home retrofit plans which set out the steps that need to be taken to improve the energy performance of their home, with recommended order of works and outline of the likely costs and impacts
• Promoting the benefits of low-carbon retrofit to customers and providing updates/time-frames of work
• Providing accurate and up-to-date advice about low carbon retrofit options
• Ensuring the high quality work is delivered in a timely manner
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Provide a range of direct technical services to internal partners around the PAS 2035 standard

•  Must hold a Retrofit Coordinator qualification 
• Previous experience in a Retrofit Coordinator role
• Good knowledge of Domestic Renewable energy, first-time central heating systems and insulation measures, solar etc
• Strong communicator and confident using different technology systems
