CBW have an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities administrator to join a leading renewables company! You will be working within the installation team, coordinating with tradesmen and carrying out various administrative duties.

This is an office based role working Monday-Friday 8-5.

Responsibilities/Person specification:

Liaise with contractors/tradesmen to ensure all work is carried out in an effective and timely manner
Carry out various admin duties such as scanning, filling and data input.
Booking engineers
Liaising with customers
Raising POs/Stock orders
Work closely with the Health and Safety Manager providing key administrative support
To assist with external body communications
Able to demonstrate attention to detail
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage own workload to expected standards
