Mobile Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Reading / South West of Reading - up to £37,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial office contract based in the South West covering Reading

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial electrical building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

In return, the company are offering a competitive salary up to £37,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

• Basic Salary of up to £37,000
• Call out
• Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
• 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Company Van & Fuel Card
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
• Full company uniform 

• Electrically/Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
