Helpdesk Administrator

X2 Helpdesk Administrator – Holborn, London – FM Service Provider – Up to £32,000 per annum

CBW are currently recruiting for two experienced Helpdesk Administrator looking to take on the next challenge in their career.

One of our key clients is looking for two hardworking, ambitious individuals to join the team and grow within the company.

 

This role oversees the day to day management of the Helpdesk, answering inbound and outbound calls from customers, responding to tickets and ensuring that tasks are responded within a timescale.

Working alongsides the Contract Support Manager and Contract Manager, both Helpdesk will work as a team to make sure the Helpdesk is running smoothly. 

Hours of work

08:00am - 17:00pm - Monday - Friday (Weekend off) Full time in the office 

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Responding to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and managing expectations
  • Working within a team, attending meetings and promote an open and inclusive environment  
  • Checking compliance with all company policies and procedures, client site policies and working arrangements.
  • Excellent time keeping - responding to calls promptly and that tickets logged on the CAFM system and assigned to the appreciate engineer
  • Run regular reports on the Cafm system
  • Making sure jobs are responded to, updated and closed down within a timescale
  • Prepare various internal and customer facing reports for the account, liaising with the appropriate people for accurate information and ensuring attention to detail
  • Complete the timesheet submissions for payroll, ensuring that all annual leave, sickness and training is correctly recorded and that timesheets have the appreciate reference for budget allocation
  • Purchase orders - ensuring that all trackers and systems are kept up to date with the relevant information
  • Order all PPE uniform and tools as required
  • Support the Lead Workplace support by covering any duties when required
  • Carry out any reasonable request from management.
