About The Role
As part of our expanding team we have a new role for a senior procurement business partner. You will lead and manage a small team to deliver commercial and procurement projects for our digital and corporate service departments. This provides an opportunity to work across a variety of categories and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
You will be a great communicator who is able to listen, interpret the needs of the business whilst being able to influence to achieve the right commercial outcome to support the delivery of our business plan engaging stakeholders.
You’ll be preferably CIPS qualified or progressing towards its achievement (we can support you on this). Having significant end-to-end procurement experience across a variety of categories including digital and corporate areas in the public or private sector. With a good knowledge of procurement legislation and different contract conditions.
The role gives an excellent opportunity to manage a small team and the delivery of contracts that are strategic and help make a better future for people and the environment in mining areas.
You will need to be self-sufficient and also importantly be able to work as part of the Procurement team providing support and inspiring team members.
