Compliance Administrator

Compliance Administrator-Glasgow-Up to £21,000 DOE

CBW have an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities administrator to join a leading renewables company! You will be working within the compliance team, organising various documnets into databases and carrying out various administrative duties.

This is an office based role working Monday-Friday 8-5.

Responsibilities/Person specification:

  • Organise paperwork into database
  • Carry out various admin duties such as scanning, filling and data input.
  • Work closely with the Health and Safety Manager providing key administrative support
  • Chasing engineers for paperwork
  • To assist with external body communications
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage own workload to expected standards
  • Be thoroughly organised
