Day Shift Maintenance Engineer - 4 On 2 Off / 4 on 2 off, Days only - Westminster, London - up to £42,000

A rare and exciting opportunity has come up to work for the growing facilities maintenance company in a Iconic building by Westminster Station.



My client is looking for 3 key member to complete their professional maintenance team on a brand new contract, ensuring they continue to deliver an excellent service to a unique building.



You will be working on a 4 On 2 Off / 4 on 2 off shift pattern, days only.

The suitable candidate will have extensive commercial maintenance experience, Emergency lighting, Hot and colds, Fire alarm checks, FCU's , AHU's, UPS, BMS and riser experience.

Particular knowledge of FCUs, water treatment and HVAC is needed and previous experience in a corporate client facing environment would be beneficial as this is a very corporate site.

• Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications City and guilds, NVQ or equivalent level 2 & 3
