HR Advisor / HR Specialist Job in Huntingdon

Salary: £24,500-28,500

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy car dealership as a HR Advisor.

The company prides itself on delivering a consistently high standard of customer care at all times and is seeking a new HR Advisor to join its team.

HR Advisor Main Job Function:

• Coordinating the appointment process for new starters, producing induction packs, arranging required training
• Completing the monthly payroll for the company, including the calculation of holiday pay, SMP, SSP, and Pension contributions
• Maintaining and updating the HR data system
• Consulting and advising on absence and  performance management
• Ensuring contracts, handbooks, and policies are up to date with current legislation
