Temp to Perm Helpdesk Administrator/Receptionist -  FM Service Provider - Highbury Vale, Nottingham - FM Service Provider - £12 per hour   

An excellent opportunity to work for a building services company situated in  Highbury Vale, Nottingham.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator / Receptionist to be based on a site located at Highbury Vale, Nottingham.

The successful candidate will be confident, polite and reliable. 
 

Hours of Work   

6 Hour Shifts - Between 08:30am - 16:30pm - Monday - Friday (weekend off)

Temporary to permanent   

Immediate Start   

£12.00 per hour   

Helpdesk Responsibilities:

• Scheduling Engineers of maintenance works
• Logging jobs on the CAFM system
• Deal professionally with customers and suppliers queries
• Ensure that sub-contractor PPM orders are placed as required.
• Ensure that specialist subcontractor attendance planners are maintained and up to date.
• Maintain good customer relations between the department and clients.

• To welcome guests and visitors and ensure you offer a warm welcome
• Carrying out all necessary operations when guests arrive i.e.
  
  check-in / check out
• To be the first point of contact for all members and to deal with all situations in a courteous and professional manner in person and on the phone
• Respond to a wide range of members requirements and promote facilities
• Have operational knowledge of all front of house services and know-how to access these services to meet the members’ requirements
