Site Manager

Site Manager - EWI / Renewable housing - Isle of Arran -Salary 40-45K plus van. 

I have a new opportunities for experienced Site Managers to join a renewable energy client that will have you initially based in Isle of Arran for 5-6 month Monday - Thursday.  All accomodation and expenses will be covered.  

This client is forward thinking and renewable energy really is the future.  Therefore making this a great opportunity to join a company that is capitalising on the energy market. 

The position will see you run domestic housing projects from small individual private properties to larger housing association sites. 

You will be modernising properties within the EWI market, loft insulation, boiler replacements, heat pump sources.  Updating properties to be more economical in the energy market.

Person specification:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Trade qualification
• Ideally previous experience within the domestic maintenance sector upgrading properties. 

• Working as part of the site team.
• Site Induction's
• Review of all subcontractors
• RAMS
• Adhere to company quality standards
• Plan and manage all sub contractor  and direct reports
• Ensure that programme is delivered on time and to budget
