IT Systems Technician

IT Systems Technician required by our exciting clients in Folkestone to provide comprehensive high-quality services and support to the  business at the physical Head Office, Warehouse, store sites and the company cloud-based platforms.

Ensre the ongoing security and optimum performance of the Servers and infrastructure to make sure service is maintained.

Ensure high quality IT support services are delivered to the staff within an ITIL framework.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers robust, efficient and professional operational IT service to all colleagues
• Maintains documentation of systems, maps, procedures, user and technical information. 
• Responds to out of hours critical alerts as required.
• Supports the F IT Infrastructure, PCs, laptops, servers (physical and virtual), network storage devices and network communications equipment to provide continuous service to the business.
• Supports the  Internet & VPN connectivity and services: connection to general internet and specific external resources, including Microsoft Azure.
