Helpdesk / Marketing Administrator - Leading Service Provider - Slough, West London

CBW are currently recruiting for three positions with one of our key clients based in Slough.

We are recruiting for three hard working, ambitions individuals for the positions below -

Helpdesk / Administrator - Up to £25,000 per annum

Key duties:

  • Raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks
  • Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
  • Check and maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox
  • Schedule reactive and help desk call outs.
  • To review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices Issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits Inputting data
  • General Administration
Market Assistant / Administrator - Up to £25,000 per annum
  • Searching on job boards for candidates
  • Recruiting new staff members
  • Writing out job adverts and posting
  • Advertising new jobs within the company to attract candidates
Junior Administrator - £20,000 per annum 
  • Providing support to the client and answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitoring calls received from the customer and updating records
  • Allocation of internal engineers to call outs and maintenance visits
  • Manage system as a key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting.
All three positions are Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm (Full time in the office).
