Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a number of commercial sites across London and inside the M25.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record on commercial building maintenance and an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.

In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £42,000, a company vehicle, and a fuel card.



Duties:

• PPM & Reactive maintenance
  
  
• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance
  
  
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
  
  
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
  
  
• Extensive building services knowledge
  
  

• Basic Salary of up to £42,000
  
  
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  
  
• Company Vehicle
  
  
• Full company uniform
  
  
•  30 mins travel each side. 
  
  
• OT at 1.5 for during the week and Saturdays and x2 for weekend.
  
  
• Full expensed van and mobile phone and uniform.
  
  

• NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
  
  
• NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential)
  
  
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
  
  
• 17th Edition (Desired but not essential)
  
  
• Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
  
  
• Extensive experience working within a commercial environments
  
  
• Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean) 
  
  
• Experience working in a mobile role
  
  
• Any additional trade qualifications (Mechanical, L8 etc)
  
  
• Able to start at short notice
