X2 Cleaning Supervisors – Charing Cross, Central London - FM Service Provider - £27,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity for two Cleaning Supervisors to work for an established cleaning company situated in Charing Cross.

CBW is currently recruiting for a Front of House Supervisor and an Evening Cleaning Supervisor to be based in a large commercial building.

The successful candidates will have a proven track record working as a Cleaning Supervisor.

Front of House Cleaning Supervisor

08:00am - 17:00pm - Monday - Friday 

Evening Cleaning Supervisor

14:30pm - 23:00pm - Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week - 1 hour unpaid break

Both jobs will need to take part in a weekend rota, typically one weekend in every four.

Working hours - 08:00am - 18:00pm.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• The supervision of front-line operatives representing the client
• Daily liaison with the Visitor Experience Team (primarily Duty Managers) attending regular meetings as directed by line management
• Feedback to line management regarding service delivery issues and overall perception of service delivery
• Undertake regular service audits
• React to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frame
• Ensure that all operations are conducted safety and appropriate risk assessment is conducted for non-recorded activities
• Notice and report any H&S issues that may arise within the estate
• Assist the Cleaning & Services Managers in delivering a fully compliant operation
• Meet regularly with The Cleaning Manager to discuss service delivery and the changing requirements for the estate
• Support the delivery of training to the soft services team
• With the Cleaning Manager, conduct performance reviews and appraisals
• Monitor and complete accurate registration of attendances and the rescheduling of cleaning staff to cover absences, lateness and holidays
• Note and report any general maintenance issues across the estate
• Be flexible in covering planned and unforeseen absence by colleagues    

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Previous experience of supervising operations in a demanding environment
• Customer service focused
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and applications of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHH, risk assessment, hygiene standards and health & safety management
