Electrical Day Shift Engineer

Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer - 4 on 4 off (Days only) - Corporate Office - Horsham, - £40,000 Per annum

My client is looking for an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Horsham.

The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site or corporate office (i.e.

Bank, Data centre, Blue chip office etc).

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following.

In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of £40,000, further training and career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water Treatment
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

• £40,000 Basic Salary

• Electrical qualified level 2&3 (C&G, NVQ etc)
• 18th Edition
• Experience working in a bank / commercial Office
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer skills 
• Must be able to get to site for 07:00am start

• Any further qualifications (i.e.
  
  Mechanical or Air Conditioning etc)
• Previous experience in a commercial office or critical 
• Previous experience on a shift pattern
