Junior Administrator - FM Service Provider – Sidcup, South East London – £17,000 - £23,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to work for a FM service provider situated in Sidcup, South East London. I am currently recruiting for a Junior Administrator where your duties will include logging jobs, answering phone calls, general administration etc.

The client is looking for an ambitious individual to join their fast growing team.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hours) or 09:00am - 17:00pm (35 hours) 

Key duties

• Scheduling Engineers of maintenance works
• Logging jobs on the CAFM system
• Deal professionally with customers and suppliers queries
• Ensure that sub-contractor PPM orders are placed as required.
• Ensure that specialist sub-contractor attendance planners are maintained and up to date.
• Maintain good customer relations between the department and clients.
